Facility Assessment
The main objective of a safety assessment is to determine the “Risk Factor” of your facility. The information obtained during the inspection will be used in determining
your service needs and exposure. The initial assessment will include a complete evaluation of your company’s policies, procedures, work conditions, and facility work environment. A detailed report will be submitted to your office in 48 hours and will contain the following information:

Specialized Programs/Industrial Hygiene Support
In many cases, there arises a need for Specialized Safety Programs. Often, employees
are exposed to chemicals, hearing and/or respiratory hazards. These identified hazards will be corrected by the development
and implementation of Specialized Programs. These programs will be complete

Incident Investigation
We will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause an incident (accident
and/or injury) at your facility. With this information we would then develop policies and procedures that are designed to prevent this incident from reoccurring.
Record Maintenance
We will maintain all documents that pertain to the safety program are in order. The documents will be stored at your facility and in our files. Records include inspections, safety committee minutes, program policies, corrections list, raining records, equipment inspections and facility
permits. The records will be maintained
in an inspection ready condition.
Claims Management
If requested, we will review claims information
such as, loss runs, reserves, policy renewals and medical only cases. We will assist in all Workers’ Compensation related items to ensure quality service by your Insurance Company and broker.
Assistance Representation
During Regulatory
Inspections
If you were visited by a regulatory agency,
we would be available to assist you during
the process. We would consult, develop
and implement measures to prevent costly
fines and citations.
Employee training in general safety topics
as well as site-specifi c items such as fork-lift certifi cation, Hazmat, Hazcom and
other safety related issues.
Maintenance
Our work is not complete even after filing
a report in your offi ce. We will assure you
that all items listed on the corrections
sheet are corrected! All corrections are
made by regular maintenance visits and
documenting your progress. Employee
training can also be conducted in conjunction with “maintenance visits”.
Training
After completion of the safety program,
there is a need for all employees, supervisors, and managers to go through
training. Training can be conducted in
various languages and will be performed
in accordance with the California Code
of Regulations Title 8 §3203. All training
will be documented and maintained in
the Written Injury and Illness Prevention
Program, complete with the signature of
the employee trained, the trainer, and the
subject covered.
Employee Safety Incentives
Each employee is responsible for his
or her own safety. For those who have
demonstrated the ability to work in a
safe manner are entered into the incentive program. Safe employees can win a
variety of prizes such as BBQ grill, stereos
and much more.
Supervisors Training and
Accident Reduction Techniques
(START)
START training is designed to provide supervisors with the knowledge to
evaluate and eradicate hazards in the
workplace, train employees and increase
safety awareness. Supervisors will also be
informed of their safety responsibilities
and how they will be held accountable.
The ultimate goal of this program is to
make supervisor’s part of the safety program, empowering them to make changes
and develop a true safety culture. With
their support, we can eff ectively increase
workplace safety, production and quality. Th us reducing incident frequency, loss
time and accidents.
