SOFTWARE
Our systems enable us to quickly and accurately test the skills of applicants in a variety of office automation software packages. Our comprehensive test measures a wide range of software skills, from basic skills of starting an application to advanced features such as working with tables in a document. We can report exactly which skills our candidates have mastered.

Employee of the Month
Each employee who has no absences, tardiness, injuries who demonstrates work above and beyond the normal realm is eligible. Supervisors who see this in their staff are encouraged to make the recommendation to our office. The Employee of the Month receives an Aver Business Management t-shirt, choice from a number of different prizes worth $20.00 and an award certificate.

Health Benefits
An optional unmatched HMO 100 health, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance program that is provided by Blue Cross and can be acquired for as little as $35.00 a week for employees who elect this benefit.

Incentives
Each employee is responsible for his or her own safety. Those demonstrating the ability to work in a safe environment are eligible for this incentive program. Safe employees can win a variety of prizes such as a T. V., stereos and much more in a raffle drawing. These prizes are provided through their departments with a consecutive 45-day accident free environment.

Free Bank Account
Each employee is eligible to join any one of our various established banks. Banking benefits include direct deposit, lower
financing, credit cards and mortgage loans. In addition to checking and savings accounts.

401(k)
Available for eligible employees. Our Solomon, Smith, Barney managed 401(k) program can assist employees in planning for their retirement and financial future. Enrolled employees can manage their retirement account growth through monthly recaps of investment and transactions. Additionally, employees can receive estate, retirement and college planning.

Paid Holiday
All employees are eligible for six (6) paid holidays after each employee has worked 780 hours. (Excluding Overtime)

Paid Vacation
All employees are eligible for 40 hours paid vacation after the employee has worked 2050 consecutive hours. (Excluding Overtime)

Personnel Administration Service
By utilizing our personnel administration services, clients are free to focus on their core business while continuing to maintain control of the work environment, i.e. hire, fire, set policies, supervise employees, etc. Clients will have the ability to run their business processes while relieving themselves of the time and costs associated with the administrative functions.

Client Management Specialists
Aver Business Management will designate a Client Management Specialist to your account. This individual will be responsible for the daily operation of our personnel on site. This individual will be available to you for reports, problem-solving, filling of job orders and staff management. This individual would be located at our offices, not on site. However, when the need arises Aver Business Management will place a Management Specialist at your facility.

Time Management System
Installation of a Time Management System that eliminates misreported hours. This system will provide labor management reports and maintain up to the minute production reports, providing you unparalleled control and management of your labor.

Regular Self-Checking
Development of specialized reports and management tools to be reviewed during a regularly scheduled management meeting. The management meetings enable us to discuss upcoming projects, fine tune recruiting efforts review the program progress, maintain or improve customer satisfaction.

Payroll Administration
We oversee all aspects of payroll in our payroll administration program, which entails gathering payroll data, payroll tax filings, W-2 reconciliation and submission, W-3 wage and tax transmittal, wage garnishment administration, direct deposits
and bank account set up.
